A shielded flexible cable is built to endure frequent flexing and confined-space installation, while its built-in conductive shielding protects against electromagnetic disturbance. Such cables play an essential role in preserving reliable signal transmission and steady power delivery, especially in applications subject to constant motion and high levels of electrical noise.
Application
Flexible shielded control cables consist of insulated conductors wrapped in a standard protective conductive layer. This shielding may take the form of braided copper wire, spiral copper tape, or certain conductive polymer materials. The critical role of shielded cables in electrical systems cannot be overstated.
These cables are well-suited for measurement, sensing, and control applications. They are commonly found in machine tool manufacturing, equipment installation, power plants, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, office automation equipment, and data processing setups.

Advantagess
Excellent resistance to oil, wear, chemical solvents, and radiation.
Short lay length ensures stable and consistent transmission performance.
Dual-layer shielding provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference.
Cable design allows for a generous bending radius tolerance.
