The WDZ-RYY LSZH flame-retardant flexible cable is manufactured using oxygen-free copper conductors of Class 5 stranding, ensuring high conductivity and flexibility. Its insulation and outer sheath are constructed from premium-grade polyolefin compounds that are both flame-retardant and halogen-free, producing minimal smoke when exposed to fire. This design effectively eliminates the release of toxic halogen gases during combustion, making the cable well-suited for use in locations with strict fire protection regulations. Built for longevity and dependability, it delivers consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Fire-Safe LSZH Design

Built from low-smoke, halogen-free compounds, this cable produces negligible corrosive emissions (meeting IEC 60754-2) and very limited smoke density (in line with IEC 61034) in case of fire-safeguarding both personnel and nearby electronic equipment.

Superior Thermal Performance

Rated for continuous operation at conductor temperatures as high as +90°C, it offers a greater heat tolerance compared to conventional PVC-insulated alternatives.

Effective Flame Containment

The cable is inherently self-extinguishing and passes IEC 60332-1 (equivalent to GB/T 18380.12), effectively halting the progression of flames along its length.
