KVV - Copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable
Ideal for weak-current control systems and areas with low-level magnetic field interference, the KVV cable ensures consistent functionality in electrical control networks. Featuring PVC insulation and a PVC outer jacket, it delivers solid protection against damp conditions, mechanical strain, and corrosive agents. It is widely employed in low-voltage power supplies and signal/control loop applications.

Application
Suitable for use in control, monitoring, and safeguarding loops operating at AC rated voltages Uo/U up to a maximum of 450/750V.
Properties
The cable carries a rated voltage Uo/U of 450/750V. For continuous operation, the maximum conductor temperature is limited to 70°C for standard PVC types, whereas cross-linked polyethylene variants may operate at up to 90°C. The lower ambient temperature limit is –40°C when permanently installed, and –15°C when subject to movement. As for bending radius, the minimum allowable value is 6 times the overall cable diameter for unarmoured constructions, and 12 times for armoured ones.
