2 Core Control Cable

The 2-core KVV control cable consists of two copper conductors, each insulated with PVC, and both housed within a common outer PVC sheath. It is specifically designed for straightforward point-to-point wiring, low-voltage control circuits, and signal transfer in industrial environments, with a maximum rated voltage of 450/750V.

Core identification

Differentiated through distinct color coding (such as Red/Blue or Black/White) or clearly printed numerals (1 and 2) to avoid incorrect polarity connections

Voltage rating: Designed for standard 450/750V electrical control applications

Temperature limits: Maximum continuous conductor temperature of 70°C under normal operating conditions

Installation temperature: Must be installed at ambient temperatures above 0°C; below this, the PVC becomes brittle and preheating is required

Bending flexibility: Intended for fixed installation only, with a minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable's overall outer diameter

Single-phase control circuits: Used for wiring basic switching devices such as limit switches, pressure transducers, and emergency stop actuators

Relay loops: Employed to connect distribution panels with remote auxiliary relays or contactor coils

Instrument power feeds: Provides low-voltage AC or DC supply to field-mounted instrumentation

Finished product + wooden barrel packaging

Temperature limits: Maximum sustained conductor temperature of 70°C during routine operation
